Basic rules for renting with Everly Bow Rentals.
If you already have a reservation (for example you paid with Venmo), open the signing link for your order, or ask us to send it. Checkout also asks you to agree before you pay online.

Pickup and return times
Items are ready for pickup at 12:00 PM (noon) on your pickup date. Multi-day rentals must be returned by 9:00 AM on the return date. Same-day rentals must be returned by 9:00 PM on the pickup date. Late returns may incur additional day charges or fees.
Care of rented items
You are responsible for the rented items from pickup (or delivery) until they are returned. Items should be returned clean and in the same condition as received, normal wear excepted. You are responsible for loss, theft, and damage beyond normal wear, and may be charged for repair or replacement.
Cleaning
Please return items reasonably clean (food, wax, glitter, mud, and sticky residue removed where applicable). Excessively dirty returns may incur a cleaning fee.
Late return and no-show
If items are not returned on time, additional rental days may be charged. If you do not pick up a confirmed reservation and do not cancel in advance, the shop may treat the booking as a no-show and keep or charge amounts already due under the reservation terms.
Cancellation
Please contact Everly Bow Rentals as soon as possible if you need to change or cancel. Cancellation and refund handling depends on timing, payment method, and item availability; reach out at lroproenca@gmail.com or 801 368 6095.
Payment
You may pay online with Stripe, in person at pickup, or by another method arranged with the shop (for example Venmo). Online Stripe payments reserve inventory after payment succeeds. Pay-at-pickup and admin-created reservations confirm inventory when the order is confirmed. Unpaid balances remain due as shown on your reservation.
Pickup, delivery, and location
Pickup in Provo is free unless otherwise noted. Delivery fees apply for listed Provo and Utah County zones. Delivery outside those areas needs a custom quote before checkout. Exact pickup address is shared after your reservation is confirmed.
Agreement
By typing your name and checking “I agree,” you confirm that you have read these rental rules, understand them, and accept responsibility for the rented items under this agreement for your reservation with Everly Bow Rentals.
